Braciole Cinque Stelle

An easy and exciting recipe, chops with melted Gorgonzola.

Very quick to be prepared in the evening even for last-minute invitations, to make a good impression on guests.  They can be a complete meal, substantial and easily digestible thanks to Gorgonzola.


– 4 pork chops

– onion

– 1 glass of dry white wine

– 8 sage leaves

– 320 g of Gelmini gorgonzola (around 80 g for each chop)


– a knob of butter

– 2 spoonfuls of stock

Ready in 15 minutes


Cover the chops in flour and heat the butter and the sage leaves in a pan. Brown the chops on each side for 3 minutes, add the white wine and let it evaporate, and add the 2 spoonfuls of stock. Cut 80 g of Gelmini Gorgonzola, lay it on each chop and place them in the oven for 4 minutes at 400 F, let the gorgonzola melt and serve the chops warm!
