Cappuccino di melone con schiuma di Gorgonzola
An easy, fresh and summery aperitif as a starter for a barbecue with your friends but also as a fresh dessert to end a Sunday brunch.
Ingredients (around 12 portions).
- half Cantaloupe melon
- orange juice
- 15 cc double cream
- 100 g Gorgonzola Gelmini Cinque Stelle
- 1/2 gelatin leaves
Preparation
Clean the melon and remove the skin, add it to the orange juice with a bit of salt and pepper to obtain a thin mash. Fill the cups and put them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, they need to be ready cold. Soak the gelatin. Melt the Gorgonzola in a saucepan with the double cream until obtaining a cream, and add the gelatin leaf. Pass through a thin strainer and fill the whipper for the whipped cream and leave it at cold temperature.
Presentation
When you are ready to serve, you only have to fill the cups and complete them with the Gorgonzola froth on top and… enjoy.
